Don't be evil--Google's informal corporate motto nowadays is often highlighted by its detractors to accuse the company of being evil.
"Google apparently doesn't see cheating its customers out of billions of dollars as doing evil," said attorney Kabateck, a partner in Los Angeles law firm Kabateck Brown Kellner LLP.
He is currently representing disaffected Google Adwords customers in the California click-fraud case, Advanced Internet Technologies (AIT) v. Google and claimed the $90 million settlement Google reached in March in a related case filed in Arkansas fails to penalize Google or fairly compensate advertisers victimized by click fraud.
What the most worried him is that the settlement Lane's Gifts and Collectibles LLC case with Google can be expected to only compensate for the advertisers about a half a cent for every dollar lost to click fraud.
Google, as well as other search engines like Yahoo, MSN, is now have uplifting tasks to crack click frauds. Otherwise they will have twisted with more annoying lawsuits. Link
