Google Sued to Be Blocked Proposed $90M Settlement

Joseph Kinney, owner of Safespaces.com, who stopped advertising with Google in September 2005 once he believed his bill had been bloated by click fraud, filed the lawsuit in Arkansas state court on Wednesday. The plaintiff argued the amount grossly understates how much the online search engine leader has benefited. Link
