Oh Such Terriffic Man!

General Lee Waiters, a New Yorker celebrating his 30th birthday, pulled out a .357 magnum in the Brooklyn apartment he shared with his girlfriend and began shooting after the grandmother, Mary Lee Clark, 50, asked him to stop drinking in front of the children who attended the congregate.

He opened fire in the room, killing a 3-year-old girl named Tajmere Clark. and critically wounding some others. His rampage was only stopped by two sons of his girlfriend who slammed his head into a fish tank in the apartment.
