Youngest Prisoner In Modern U.S. History
He is called Lionel Tate, who was once convicted of beating Tiffany Eunick to death in 1999 at his 12-years-old age. His murder conviction was overtuned in 2004 and commuted to 10 year's probation.
But on Thursday, he was back in court over the holdup of a pizza deliveryman with a gun and probably will be sentenced to 30 years for the probation violation on September 18's trial.
