The poor boy diagnosed with hydrocephalus is named Liu Jing (刘京) from Shan County of Hezhe, Shangdong Province. The extraordinarily big head has severely affected his development. He is now 9 years old but weighs only at 15kg. Without other's help, he even can't walk smoothly by himself and is very easy to fall down.
