Californian resident Sandy Hall's Great Dane nicknamed Gibson is the world's tallest dog recognized by Guiness World Records. When the puppy dog stands on his hind legs, the 170-pound is more than 2.18 meters tall, and has a shoulder height of 1.06 meters.
