2007 Hot Air Balloon World Cup convened in Tsarskoe Selo outside St Petersburg in Russia June 21, some 45 hot airships from 20 countries took part in the inaugural competition. The picture above shows the awesome double rainbow arches were seen on the opening over a hot air balloon. link
