Lane Garrison Given 'Prison Break' for Teenager's Death

Lane Garrison actor'Prison Break' TweenerInstead of handing down a hard sentence, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Eldon Fox, ruled that Lane Garrison, the Tweener actor in Prison Break to undergo a 90-day psychiatric evaluation in a prison for his guilty of vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving in a 2006 crash that killed a teenage passenger.

On Dec. 2, 2006, Lane Garrison was driving his 2001 Land Rover, which struck a center median, jumped a curb and struck a tree. Vahagn Setian, a 17-year-old male passenger in Garrison's car was killed in the accident, while two 15-year-old girls were also injured. The Beverly Hills police said that Garrison's blood alcohol level at the time of the accident was .20 percent, well above California's .08 threshhold. Sources: 10News & Zap2it
