Britney Spears had an album launch for "Blackout" at the Hollywood Virgin Mega Store at midnight of Monday, where she tried to make an appearance but got mobbed by paparazzi and fans. Instead, she headed to Winstons until 2 am, but then when she left, she soon was pulled over by the police who were lying in wait for her right outside.
