Courtney Prince (photo left), a former captain of the Rangers City Skaters cheerleading squad, filed a lawsuit against Madison Square Garden in 2004. She has accused the MSG executives of sexually harassing her often and telling her which of the skaters had to lose weight or "stuff their bras". She also accused that a team employee and another man asked her to have sex with them in the bathroom of a New York bar.
Not like Anucha Browne-Sanders who successfully sued against the New York Knicks and Madison Square Garden over sexual-harrassment and was awarded US$11.5. On Wednesday December 26, Prince and MSG struck an out-of-court deal that no details of the settlement of the three-year-old lawsuit, both sides saying "We resolved this matter with no admission of wrongdoing on the part of any party."
