Video: Giant spider 'Attacked' Shuttle Atlantis
NASA shuttle Atlantis STS-122 Mission will not be launched until Jan. 2, 2008, at 5:41 a.m. EST from NASA's Kennedy Space Center. The official reason to postpone this mission was attributed to a fuel sensors glitch. But it seems that the shuttle was also 'attacked' by a giant spider. The footage above captured from NASA's camera showed the spider was walking right over a live picture of the launch pad. Maybe NASA engineers have to add "exterminator" to the list of preflight checks for January's launch. :-P Tags:
