Jeanette Symons Died in Maine' Plane Crash

AIR CRASH RESCUE: Emergency crews leave the end of  Melissa Drive in West Gardiner looking for survivors of a downed six-seater Citation jet that apparently crashed shortly after takeoff tonight in a sleet storm from the Augusta State Airport.

Jeanette Symons, a co-founder with Symons of Industrious Kid in San Francisco, was killed when the six-seat Cessna Citation C-525 she piloted crashed in West Gardiner, Maine. Jeanette Symons, 45, and her son Balan were returning from a ski camp to her home in Steamboat Springs, Colo. when the crash occurred during the bad weather. Link
