"I'm so excited and so happy [that I engaged to Waterman]. ...I guess it's true things move fast when you meet the right person," Jennifer Schefft told to People recently.
Schefft, 32, and Joe Waterman, 35, both from Ohio, began dating this February after meeting up at a blind date. Waterman is a trader and gave Jen any flowers but never roses. The pair is currently living in Chicago, Illinois.
Jen Schefft was previously proposed (pic above) by Andrew Firestone [wikipedia] on The Bachelor earlier in 2003. The pair moved to stay together in California but broke up in December of the same year.
