Diddy (original name Sean Combs) and Vibe magazine. Kristina Dominguez, 28, attended Diddy's White Party at East Hampton in 2003. Possibly inspired by the high spirits of the night, she went topless to romp in a pool with other sexy ladies wearing a mermaid costume but did not realize that she was (secretively) photographed. Not until October, 2006 after Vibe Magazine published the pictures of Kristina Dominguez cozy with two other bare-breasted women for its November version. She filed a $3 million invasion-of-privacy lawsuit against Diddy and the mag, but was ruled to fail at Manhattan Supreme Court in November, 2008. Link
