Rihanna and boyfriend Chris Brown (pictured left, via) was sued for $1 million by a Florida photographer. Rihanna, Chris Brown and their bodyguards were named in a lawsuit filed by Luis Santana who is working for St. Petersburg local publication tbt.
According to reports, Santana accused that he was assaulted by the bodyguards of Rihanna and Brown out of a club on May 6. He said the singers' security men tore off his shirt, knocked him down and repeatedly kicked him.
"I couldn't believe it was happening. I've done this many, many times before and never have I ever gotten close to being grabbed. There's a dark side to celebrities and nightlife," Luis Santana who was seeking compensation for his $3,000 camera, photos that were lost, injuries and emotional distress, was quoted on Perezhilton.com
Kenneth Meiselas, Chris Brown's lawyer denied his client and his bodyguards were involved in the alleged incident, AP reported.
