Colombian Passenger Jet Slids Off Runway to Caribbean Sea

An Embraer 190 aircraft operated by Aero Republica  is seen after an emergency landing at Simon Bolivar airport in Santa Marta, about 1286 Km (800 miles) north of Bogota, Colombia July 17. The flight originating in Cali, slid halfway into the waters of Caribbean Sea when landing on the wet runway. The accident caused no mortality but injured at least 7 passengers. Link
