During the half-time show of at the XXXVIII Super Bowl in Houston, February 1, 2004, Justin Timberlake "accidentally" ripped off Janet Jackson's top in front of billions of American football fans setting in front of the TV, briefly exposing her breast. For the incident which was said of provoking half a million viewers' complaints, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) fined CBS Corp $550,000. But CBS challenged the fine, and had brought FCC to the court.
