Amanda Knox Is the Murder Suspect of Meredith Kercher

Amanda Knox (left in the photo above) is a 20-year-old student from University of Washington in Seattle and currently under a student exchange programme at the University for Foreigners in Perugia, Italy. As a language and creative writing student, Amanda Knox wrote enthusiastically on the social networking site MySpace about her new life studying Italian in Perugia. She, together with her Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, is among three university students being detained for questioning by Italian police in the brutal stabbing death of her 21-year-old exchange program roommate Meredith Kercher, a third-year student at Leeds University in England.
