Amy Winehouse was visibly upset and distraught after visiting her husband Blake Fielder-Civil at HM Pentonville Prison for the first time today.
It was said the Rehab singer knows Blake has had a really miserable time of things of late and wanted to cheer him up by making a spectacularly romantic gesture.
She is already planning to treat Fielder Civil to a romantic luxury four-week "backpackers" holiday to India over the Christmas and New Year period.
