Earl Paulk, the 80-year-old founder of Chapel Hill Harvester Church in Decatur, Atlanta of Georgia, is at the center of a sex scandal. Earl Paul was reported to have slept with his sister-in-law, Clariece, wife of his brother Don and fathered Clariece's son D.E. Paulk.
