Mickey Rourke, 51, star of "9 1/2 Weeks" and "Angel Heart," was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after being stopped while riding a motor scooter in Miami Beach, Florida on early Thursday (Nov 8).
Rourke was arrested at 4:20 a.m Friday and spent several hours at the Miami-Dade County Jail.
He was also spotted making an illegal U-turn with a red light and swerved several times while on a mint green Vespa before police pulled him over.
Later, he was released on a 1,000 U.S. dollars bond.
