Lousiana Lafayette Tail Cars Overturn Caused Hydrochloric Acid Leak

Lafayette of Lousiana has a hydrochloric acid leak! The accident happened after a train derailed in Lafayette Saturday morning around 2:20 a.m. Not long after that, two of the six derailed cars began leaking hydrochloric acid. Firefighters and state police have arrived on the scene. For safety concerns, around 300 of residents within a 1-mile radius of the accident are ordered to be evacuated.
