Surata Zuri McCants Ruben Studdard Married

As expected earlier, Surata Zuri McCants and Ruben Studdard have got married today June 29, People reported. The wedding ceremony was held at Canterbury United Methodist Church in Ruben "Velvet Teddy Bear" Studdard's hometown of Birmingham, Alabama. Surata Zuri McCants, 29, met Studdard, the 30-year-old who was American Idol's season 2 champion, in October 2006, when he was signing CDs at a Wal-Mart in Atlanta.
