He was only imprisoned 166 days out of an eight months jail term for good behavior. Nick Hogan was received by sister Brooke Hogan upon his release and driven back to mom Linda's home. The 18-year-old was punished for his reckless driving under influence in August 2007 that left friend John Graziano permanently in a vegetative state.
