Gay marrige in Washington State Remains Ban

Homosexual marriages in the state still have a long way to be acknowledged, as Washington Supreme Court uphelds the state's 1998 Defense of Marriage Act, which defines marriage as the union of a man and a woman and rules DOMA not violate State Constitution.
