From the NYT: The Alpine Blackbird G.P.S. system, left, can alert drivers to accidents and direct them around road congestion. The Navman iCN 750, center, allows users to take photographs and shows on a map were they were shot. The device will even guide a user back to a spot where the photo was taken. Some models made by TomTom, right, can play audio books and control iPods.
