The biggest residential water user in drought infested Cobb County in Atlanta is a home owned by Chris George Carlos. According to reports he is using an average of 390000 gallons of water a month. That is more water than an estimated 60 family households would use.
This is simply amazing. How could someone use or better waste so much water even if he wants to? He must be leaving all the taps running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even then it is almost impossible. It is very interesting to know what he is doing with all the water.
