On the morning of Nov. 8, Kimberly Buffington and Denis Quaid has proudly become the biological parents of their twins Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace who were born to a surrogate mother, whose identity was not revealed, in Santa Monica, California.
Little Thomas was born at 8:26 a.m. and weighed 6 lb. 12 oz., while his younger sister by two minutes weighed 5 lb. 9 oz.
